A white rose-form double from Walter Homeyer with heavy petal texture that drops spent blooms cleanly in one piece.
Originated by Walter Homeyer of Macon, Georgia, and propagated by E. Hulyn Smith of Valdosta, this cultivar was registered in 2009 (ACS Reg. No. 2777). The medium white rose-form double flowers measure 9 cm across with notably heavy petal texture and the desirable trait of dropping spent blooms cleanly in one piece. Growth is upright, dense, and vigorous with dark green foliage averaging 9 × 5 cm, flowering mid-season. Published with a color photograph in the American Camellia Yearbook (2009). Listed locally as 'Cile Waterford' and registered as 'Cile Watford.' Source: International Camellia Register.
