Faith-Hope-Love
A large red seedling of 'Bob Hope' from Cairo, Georgia — profuse, long-lasting blooms that drop cleanly in one piece.
Originated by Pat B. Johnson of Cairo, Georgia, as a chance seedling of the celebrated 'Bob Hope,' this fifteen-year seedling first bloomed in 2008. The large red semi-double flowers measure over 10 cm with yellow anthers and cream filaments, noted for profuse blooming, long-lasting individual flowers, and the desirable trait of dropping spent blooms cleanly in one piece with consistent form. Growth is upright and dense with dark green foliage. Published with a color photograph in the ACS Camellia Journal. Source: International Camellia Register.
