Pee Wee Var.

An anemone with 237 petaloids — the highest petaloid count in the collection, from a chance seedling of 'Tiffany' in Birmingham, Alabama.
Originated by W. Lee Poe Sr. of Birmingham, Alabama, as a chance seedling of the popular 'Tiffany.' The large anemone-form flowers — 11 cm across by 7 cm deep — hold an extraordinary 237 petaloids, almost certainly the highest petaloid count in the entire collection. The bloom displays medium pink fading to lighter pink in the center, with 38 large and 16 small guard petals framing the dense petaloid mass. Growth is average with dark green leaves. Listed locally as 'Pee Wee Var.' and registered as 'Lee Poe.' Source: International Camellia Register.
