A rich deep red Nuccio's classic with glossy, handsome foliage — anemone to peony form on vigorous, upright growth.
Another distinguished cultivar from Nuccio's Nurseries of Altadena, California, this ten-year seedling first bloomed in 1982 and was registered in 1988. The medium to large anemone to peony-form flowers display a rich, deep red on vigorous, upright, rapidly growing plants with glossy, handsome green foliage. Featured on the rear cover of The Camellia Review (1988). Listed locally as 'Grand Marshall Var.' Source: International Camellia Register.
